Shipping Policy for Effervescence by Qanita

Shipment:

Our shipping timeline for orders within Pakistan is typically within 1 weeks of order confirmation. In cases of delays, customers will be informed accordingly. If there is no communication (via email or phone), delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

For *international customers, the delivery time is between *14-20 working days after payment confirmation (Bank Transfer). Delays may happen due to customs clearance or other unforeseen factors, and in rare cases, delivery can be delayed by an additional 5-6 working days or more.

Effervescence by Qanita is not responsible for delays beyond our control, and customers will be informed as soon as possible regarding any potential setbacks.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are dependent on the location and the type of product being ordered and are non-refundable. International customers may also be subject to additional charges, such as customs duties or local taxes, imposed by government authorities in the destination country. These charges must be borne by the customer.

If customs duties or related charges are not paid by the customer and the parcel is returned, the original order amount will not be refunded, and the parcel will be discarded.
