Order Placement:

For *international customers, payments can be made via bank transfer. Once your order is confirmed via email or phone, it will be held for *36 hours while awaiting payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, please confirm with us whether the items are still in stock before proceeding.

While we strive to fulfill your original order, there may be cases where the product you ordered becomes out of stock. In such situations, we will offer you an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range. We cannot guarantee the availability of products beyond the 36-hour holding period and are not responsible for delivery delays caused by out-of-stock items.

If no payment or confirmation is received from the customer within the allocated time, the order may be canceled without prior notice.

For domestic customers within Pakistan, orders can be placed online, and payment will be confirmed upon delivery.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
