  1. Using Our Website:
    By shopping on our website, you agree to our rules. We may update these rules whenever needed.
  2. Product Availability:
    We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, if something you order is out of stock, we’ll let you know. Also, the colors you see on our site may look slightly different in real life due to screen settings.
  3. Pricing & Payment:
    Prices may change, but you’ll pay the price shown when you confirm your order. Full payment is required before we process your order. For orders on demand, 50% of the payment is required in advance, and the remaining 50% upon delivery. For international orders, full payment (100%) must be made in advance. We accept debit card payments as well as other available payment methods.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for local orders only. COD is not available for customized, or international items.
  5. Order Confirmation:
    We’ll send you an email when you place an order, but it’s only confirmed once we start processing and shipping it. We can cancel an order if there are issues like stock shortages or suspected fraud.
  6. Shipping & Delivery:
    Check our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by customs or other unexpected issues.
  7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
    You can find details in our Returns & Exchange and Cancellation Policies. Note that customized and sale items can’t be returned or canceled.
  8. Our Content:
    All images, text, and designs on our website belong to us. Please don’t use them without permission.
  9. Liability:
    We aren’t responsible for any issues with our website or products that are beyond our control. If there’s a problem with a product, our responsibility is limited to its price.
